If you feel alone in what you're going through, you're not. I'm here to listen, support, and walk alongside you as you move toward healing. Using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches—particularly Internal Family Systems (IFS)—we’ll explore the emotional “parts” within you that have formed in response to life experiences. These parts often try to protect us through coping, numbing, or avoidance. Together, we’ll get curious about them, understand where they come from, and begin to create space for clarity, confidence, and lasting change.
My goal is to help you heal from the inside out—building self-awareness, emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, and a stronger sense of self. We’ll address the thoughts, beliefs, and past experiences that may be holding you back and work together to help you live more fully and authentically.

Individual counseling begins with a comprehensive assessment, allowing us to gather more information about your history, symptoms, and counseling goals. Next, we will create a personalized treatment plan that will guide our work together. I like to think of this like a “game plan” where our main objective is to help you find wholeness and healing. Your goals will help navigate the direction of therapy, and your plan will change to best meet your needs.
Sessions are held in a private, confidential setting, with flexible scheduling options including in-person and virtual sessions. There is no set timeline for healing; therapy is a collaborative process, and the length and frequency of sessions are unique to you and your needs. Discharge from services only happens when you and your therapist agree that you feel confident moving forward utilizing the skills and resources you have developed. The therapy process is unique and throughout the journey you will be supported, cared for, and encouraged. It is our commitment to walk alongside you as we together work towards finding healing.
